Scott D. Sperry

Scott Sperry is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the O.C. Tanner Company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.Scott joined the Company in June 2003. O.C. Tanner helps companies everywhere create great workplace cultures by providing world-class employee appreciation and recognition solutions.

Prior to joining O.C. Tanner, Scott worked for two international accounting and consultancy firms, Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG LLP. His focus was on public company audits, private and public debt and equity financings, and mergers acquisitions.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Utah where he earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and a Masters of Business Administration. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

On a personal note, Scott and his wife Alisa are the parents of seven children, six daughters and one son. They love the outdoors and spending time together as a family.
